Stevie Turner Debut, Tag Matches & More Set for Jan 31 NXT
The January 31 episode of WWE NXT will feature two tag team battles, including a New Day Tag Team Invitational, a debut, and a singles contest.
The triple-threat match between Dyad, Edris Enofe, Malik Blade, and Duke Hudson and Andre Chase is revealed. The winning team will go on to battle for the tag team titles at NXT Vengeance Day as the fourth team.
The original plan was for New Day to defend the titles against Gallus and Pretty Deadly in a triple threat event. However, it will now be a four-way death match.
In a tag team battle, The Creed Brothers will compete against The Indus Sher. The two sides have been at odds for some time, but there hasn’t been a match yet. The Creed Brothers were recognised by Ivy Nile after Jinder Mahal challenged them to a bout against Indus Sher on the January 24 NXT programme.
Lyra Valkyria will finally have the opportunity to learn a lesson from Cora Jade. Although the two have been at odds for some time, this will be their first singles contest.
Stevie Turner will also make her formal debut. She has already appeared in a number of recorded portions and is now prepared to address the audience.
