Spoil A Loved One By Buying A $975K Cadillac Celestiq As A Christmas Present

A favourite feature of the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book is its Fantasy Gifts section. You’ll be hard-pressed to find more lavish items and experiences anywhere else, and this year’s collection includes a nearly $1 million one-of-a-kind Cadillac Celestiq.

The deal includes the Cadillac along with a two-day excursion to Detroit to see the city’s rich history and the premium brand behind closed doors. Cadillac will acquire the $975,000 gift with a $25,000 donation to the Detroit Opera House, and the buyer and a guest will stay at a boutique hotel in the Metro Detroit area or downtown.

At the Cadillac Artisan Centre, the buyer and a visitor will see the Celestiq being constructed by hand and get a chance to speak with Cadillac designers. A well-known Detroit landmark and Cadillac House will be open for private tours. There will be a multi-course supper made by a “renowned Detroit Chef” thereafter.

Just over a year ago, the production Cadillac Celestiq made its premiere. With two electric motors producing roughly 600 horsepower and 640 pound-feet of torque, the EV is powered by electricity. The automobile can reach 60 miles per hour in 3.8 seconds, according to the automaker.

An estimated 300 miles may be covered by the 111 kilowatt-hour battery that drives the Cadillac Celestiq. In ten minutes, two hundred kilowatt DC rapid charging may increase range by 78 miles.

The manufacturer will not start constructing the new EV until later this year, and the car will cost around $340,000 to start. That does not include the shipping, but Cadillac is building each vehicle as a custom commission. The company says no two Celestiq sedans will be alike as it will offer so many personalization options.

The interior of the vehicle includes a dashboard with a 55-inch display that has two displays hidden behind a single piece of glass. With four adjustable zones and a smart glass roof, passengers may customize their experience by adjusting the tint level for the ideal look. The 12.6-inch screen in the back of each rear-seat passenger is controlled by a single 8.0-inch screen that also controls the doors, seating position, and temperature.
