Some television programs get through, meaning most people will at least have heard of them. It does help that Netflix has a pretty good history with these, such as Stranger Things and Squid Game. But what’s new, you can actually play one of the Squid Game shows right from Google Search.
Play the Red Light, Green Light Game on Google
Since Netflix understands that Squid Game has been a hit, it’s making every effort to let people know that the second season is coming soon. Therefore, besides watching one of the newly added virtual fireplaces, you can participate in Red Light, Green Light, inspired by Season 1 of Squid Game.
It is as simple as typing Squid Game in Google Search. Along with all the information about the show any fan would look for, there should be a floating rectangle with a circle, triangle and a square inside. Click this, and the Red Light, Green Light game should commence immediately, normally covering the Search results page (as shown above).
The controls are probably as basic as you can get. You are an officer in front of your line of people, and you must command them by ordering them to march forward or telling them to stop. This will cause them to start moving, stop pressing the blue circle button, and then press the red cross. The game aims to get your people to the right side (the finishing line) without crossing paths with the scary, large-headed puppet.
My One Complaint Is That It’s Too Easy to Beat
I remember that when I came across this game, I liked playing it, though I never took much time. And has made take maybe an hour or so to get my little people to the finish line. The one problem is, it’s trivialitive. While it is perhaps the most predictable concept, this sequence is full of visual and audio triggers showing that it is impossible to fail when the doll is turning.
The only time I ever tripped up was when my people got close to me but never quite crossed the line. The urge is to have them continue with the walk once the doll spins around. But she has eyes on everything; therefore, doing this will make you lose people towards the end or fail at the challenge. If you succeed, you will win money, which goes to the giant piggy bank in the show.
